Erica Ogle, Owner of POP Marketing & Advertising, began her career in advertising in 2002, working for The Elkhart Truth, formerly owned by Federated Media. After spending 15 years working for Federated Media, she witnessed the industry change and evolve, giving her a unique perspective of all mediums and how to use them effectively. In her 15 years with Federated Media, she gained a wealth of knowledge in Broadcast advertising and sales (both print and radio), Digital Sales/ Strategy, spending her final years in Sales Management, managing a team of 5-8.
